I’m a physician, double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Obesity Medicine, and I’m passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies, naturally, sustainably and with purpose.
For five years, I worked in corporate healthcare treating musculoskeletal pain and workplace injuries. Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many of the health issues I was treating, such as joint problems, strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, were rooted in lifestyle and could have been prevented.
That realization changed everything for me…
I moved to Los Angeles to
follow my dream of living by the ocean and to create a life that reflects what I value most: health and joy.
I spent three years at a weight loss clinic mastering the science of sustainable weight loss and metabolism. At the same time, I worked as a rehab consultant in nursing homes, seeing the other side of the spectrum: what happens when we don’t prioritize our health over time.
I’ve worked with people in every stage of life, from those navigating demanding careers to those in later years facing preventable health complications. These experiences fuel my mission. I believe most of these issues are preventable, treatable, and changeable with the right support, mindset, and lifestyle strategies.
That’s why I created my approach to weight loss: combining nutritional science, movement, stress management and mindset shifts to help you feel at home in your own body without missing out on life. No crash diets. No guilt. Just genuine 1:1 support, bite-sized strategies and a clear path toward the vibrant, confident self you want to be.
With my method, The Inner Reset, weight loss isn’t about restriction. It’s about loading up on the good stuff so you can gain balance, energy and confidence… and enjoy the journey every step of the way.
